Student Athletes' Wage Suit Against NCAA Dismissed

Federal lawsuit alleging student athletes were employees for purposes of Fair Labor Standards Act was dismissed where: (1) plaintiffs as Penn students, had no standing to sue remaining 123 schools in lawsuit; and (2) under Act, student athletes are not employees.  See Berger v.
